We would like to share some important information to enhance your learning experience.
On the day of the live Zoom class, access will become available within 20 minutes before the class begins.

Music speaks to the spirit. For each lesson, you will find links to musical pieces specifically chosen to enhance the class experience. Generally, you will be asked to listen to one piece just before the class and another at the end.
The musical pieces for this class are:

During the live Zoom class, you will be able to enable the Zoom translation feature, allowing you to read simultaneous subtitles of the teaching in the language of your choice.

If you are unable to join the live class, please don’t worry. A recording of the class will be available here within a few days after the original class meeting.
After the live zoom class, the written text and audio file corresponding to each class, will become available to view and listen under each class in the course page.
