הגישה לאתר החינוכי המקוון של בית הספר אלמה לאנושות, לפורום, לשמות המשתמש ולסיסמאות היא אישית בלבד. אסור לשתף או להעביר פרטי התחברות אלה לאדם אחר. רק התלמיד הרשום שקיבל גישה רשאי להשתמש במשאבים אלה.

זכויות קניין רוחני

1. בעלות:

בית הספר אלמה לאנושות הוא בבעלות מלאה של אלמה אינספירה בע"מ. לצורך מסמך זה, שתי הישויות ייקראו יחד "בית ספר אלמה".

2. סימני מסחר:

שמות המותג, הלוגואים, הקורסים, תוכניות בית הספר והלוגואים הקשורים של בית ספר אלמה הם סימני מסחר רשומים של אלמה אינספירה בע"מ. השימוש בהם מוגבל באופן מחמיר לפעילויות רשמיות של בית ספר אלמה ודורש אישור בכתב מפורש מהנהלת בית ספר אלמה.

3. זכויות יוצרים:

כל זכויות הקניין הרוחני בכל קורסי בית הספר, תוכניות, יוזמות, חומרי אירועים ותוכן קשור הם רכושו הבלעדי של בית ספר אלמה או בעלי הרישיון שלו. הפצה ו/או שיתוף לא מורשים של חומרי הקורס ללא אישור בכתב מפורש מבית הספר אלמה לאנושות ו/או הישויות הקשורות אליו, ו/או ללא תשלום מתאים, מהווים הפרה ישירה של הדיבר "לא תגנוב". יתר על כן, פעולות כאלה מפרות את חוקי זכויות היוצרים והתקנות החלות

4. פעולות אסורות:

חל איסור מוחלט להפיץ, לפרסם, לשכפל או לאפשר גישה לכל חומרי בית ספר אלמה באמצעות כל מדיה או אמצעי ללא הסכמה בכתב מפורשת מהנהלת בית ספר אלמה.

5. אכיפה:

בית ספר אלמה שומר לעצמו את הזכות לנקוט בצעדים משפטיים מתאימים כדי להגן על זכויות הקניין הרוחני שלו נגד כל שימוש, שכפול או הפצה לא מורשים.

6. רישוי:

כל שימוש בקניין הרוחני של בית ספר אלמה על ידי צדדים שלישיים חייב להיות מוסדר בהסכם רישוי נפרד, המאושר במפורש בכתב על ידי הנהלת בית ספר אלמה.

7. שינויים:

בית ספר אלמה שומר לעצמו את הזכות לשנות, לעדכן או לתקן את תנאי הקניין הרוחני הללו בכל עת ללא הודעה מוקדמת.

על ידי הרשמה לקורס שלנו ו/או התעסקות עם התוכן או השירותים של בית הספר אלמה, הנך מאשר/ת ומסכים/ה לציית לתנאים אלה. הפרה עלולה להוביל לסיום מיידי של הגישה ואפשרות לנקיטת צעדים משפטיים.

עלויות ותשלומים

המודל הכלכלי של בית הספר אלמה לאנושות מתיישר עם שלושה עקרונות הנגזרים מחוקי הבריאה:
