Welcome to LET MY SPIRIT GO!

We would like to share some important information to enhance your learning experience.

On the day of the live Zoom class, access will become available within 20 minutes before the class begins. To join, please return to this page by logging in and entering the “LET MY SPIRIT GO!” course.

Music speaks to the spirit. For each lesson, you will find links to musical pieces specifically chosen to enhance the class experience. Generally, you will be asked to listen to one piece just before the class and another at the end.

Every live Zoom session will include an option for real-time translation into multiple languages, utilizing Zoom’s built-in AI-powered translation feature. This service is particularly beneficial for non-native English speakers. To learn how to use this feature, please {click here}.

After the live zoom class, the written text and audio file corresponding to each class, will become available to view and listen under each class in the course page.
